Product Introduction
Stainless steel plate frame filter is a closed filtration device used for liquid filtration, clarification, purification, and sterilization treatment, mainly applied in industries such as pharmaceuticals, food, beverages, chemicals, and environmental protection. It adopts a multi-layer plate frame structure made of stainless steel material, which can adapt to different filtration accuracy requirements. By replacing the filter material, it can achieve initial filtration, semi fine filtration or fine filtration, and supports adjusting the number of filter frame layers according to flow requirements.
Product feature
The filter adopts a convex point filter plate design, which increases the cross-sectional area of the water guide and reduces the flow resistance of the liquid, avoiding dead corners and extending the service life of the filter material. The equipment is equipped with silicone rubber sealing rings, which are heat-resistant and non-toxic, ensuring that there is no leakage at any interface. The import and export are fastened with double folding snap rings for easy disassembly and cleaning. During the filtration process, efficient liquid treatment is achieved through pressurized sealing, especially suitable for liquids with concentrations below 50%, low viscosity, and low slag content. The use of microporous membranes can directly achieve sterilization effects. Its modular design combines flexibility and stability, and is widely used in precision filtration processes in industrial production.
